Create a Covidence Account by signing up here: https://app.covidence.org/organizations/3gXp3/signup

Steps to complete account activation are:

1. Enter your information (using your @baylor.edu email address) and click “Request Invitation” link.
2. Accept the invitation in your email – check your spam folder if the invitation doesn’t arrive in a few minutes. Please also keep in mind that the link is one-time use and will expire in ~30 days.
3. Log in to your existing Covidence account or sign up for a new account, which will automatically link you to Baylor University.

To create a Covidence account with a military email, please message the Baylor STEM Librarians who must first complete authorization for the primary email address you wish to utilize. You may complete the following steps once you receive confirmation to proceed from the Librarians.

If you arrive at Baylor and you have a previous account with Covidence, there is no need to create a new one. Simply add your new email address to your existing account (go to 'Manage Profile' to do this) and make this your primary email address. You can then request an invitation to join the new organizational subscription via your STEM Librarians.
