The Moody Makerspace is part of the Experiential Learning Commons (ELC) on the Garden Level of Moody Library. It is unique in that it is open to all Baylor students, faculty, and staff regardless of discipline. Whether you are an art student that wants to explore 3D printing as a medium, a faculty member looking to incorporate the laser cutter into your humanities curriculum, or full-time staff that needs an adapter for your PC at home, the Moody Makerspace is here to help!
Visitors MUST have their OWN Baylor ID card in order to use the Makerspace!! Due to the potentially dangerous nature of some of the available tools and equipment, we cannot allow spouses and children at this time.
You can find our open hours above. If the Makerspace is open, you can be confident that a trained staff member will be available to assist you. If you need additional help, you can make an appointment with the Moody Makerspace manager, KJ Mikulencak. Just head over to the "Meet Our Staff" page and click "Schedule Appointment" under her profile.
Come on by and see what we can do to help you accomplish your goals!
