360° video is an approachable gateway to VR development that faculty may use for instruction and assignments

360° photos and videos are a proven, accessible, inexpensive entry point to the world of Virtual Reality. Sample uses for digital humanities abound both for faculty instructional materials and creative student projects.

This guide serves as an introduction to the equipment and software required to capture, edit, and publish 360° content, as well as how to view it. Some examples from the university are included.
