Tool Cart

Our red tool cart is loaded down with a variety of hand tools to help you complete your project, including:

  • Hammers
  • Handsaws
  • Screwdrivers
  • Pliers, wrenches, and vise grips
  • Measuring Tools (tape, level, calipers)
  • Box cutters and other cutting tools
  • Cordless Drill
  • Twist Drill Bit Set
  • Screwdriver Bit Set
  • Socket Wrench Set
  • "Come Together" Cart

Lovingly dubbed the "Come Together Cart" by our very own student staff, our black cart is chock-full of things that...well...bring other things together! This includes:

  • Tapes (painter's, electrical, gaffer, magnetic, etc)
  • Glues (wood, cyanoacrylate, spray adhesive, etc)
  • Wood screws
  • Nails
  • Wire
  • String
  • Bike Repair Tools

While we don't claim to be experts and we certainly can't compete with Baylor's Outdoor Adventure Bike Shop (located at the Pullin Family Marina), we can equip you with the tools to tinker on your own bike free of charge. Our tool kit comes equipped with every cyclist's basic tool set, including:

  • Bike Stand
  • Bike Pump
  • Tire patch kits and tire levers
  • Allen and Torx Wrench sets
  • Torque Wrench set (0-20 Nm)
  • Pedal Wrench
  • Bottom Bracket Tool
  • Chain Link Remover, Chain Wear Tool, Chain Whip, and Chain Break
  • Cable Tensioner / Third hand, Cable Cutter, and Cable Crimps
  • Woodworking Router

Our router is equipped to handle both plunge cut and fixed base routing (with an assist from our Ryobi router table). The router can be used to cut channels for running cable or simply to put a nice finished edge on your woodwork.

    Oscillating Multi Tool

The oscillating multi tool is truly versatile. Use it to make cuts in small spaces or swap the blade for a triangular sanding pad to sand in tight corners. By changing out the blades, you can use it to cut a variety of materials as well, including PVC, wood, and soft metals.

    Sheet Sander

The sheet sander is great for putting the finishing touches on your woodworking projects. It's square design makes it ideal for edges and corners, and it's use of regular sand paper means you'll always be able to find the right grit.

    Air Compressor w/ Accessories

No shop is complete without an air compressor. Our pancake compressor can be used to blow sawdust out of your finished piece or to operate any of our pneumatic tools.

Pictured from left to right, they are:

  • Brad Nailer
  • Stapler
  • Finish Nailer
  • Rotary Tool

The rotary tool (oftentimes simply referred to by the brand name Dremel) can be used for a wide variety of small detail work, including sanding, grinding, etching, engraving, sharpening, polishing, and much more. You are limited only by the available attachments.
