Library resources to help you find sources for the Critical Introduction project

Finding Criticism

To find criticism about a literary work try searching these databases. You can combine keywords (i.e. "Charles Dickens" and "children") to limit your search results.

Criticism via OneSearch

You can also find literary criticism on your author or work in OneSearch by performing a subject search with this formula

Choose  "Subject" from the drop down list, and then put the name of the person in the search box in this format "LastName, FirstName" (ex. "Eliot, George"). Then choose "Subject" on the next line and put in the term "Criticism and Interpretation."

Add another field with the title of a literary work if you want to be even more specific.
