GENERAL
Can the public access the Community Asset Map Project? Yes! The dashboard is public and not behind any Baylor login. It’s shareable!

Can my non-Baylor team members enter assets? No. To enter a Sponsor or Assets you will need your Baylor login to access the Microsoft data entry forms.
 

ASSETS
Can I search for assets by topic area and not Sponsor? Yes! You can search for assets by topic(s).  Click on the Filters button.


I'm trying to add Secondary Asset Categories but I don't see where to do so? Once you select the Primary Asset Category, the Secondary Asset Categories question will appear.


The assets I've added are not showing up.  Why is that? IF YOU HAVE NOT ADDED A SPONSOR the assets will NOT appear on the dashboard.  Add a Sponsor using the  Add a Sponsor Form. NOTE: Map updates are not immediate.  Updates are on a scheduled time.

 

How do I correct Asset information? Delete the Asset. Then add it back in, corrected.
Step 1: Use the Delete an Asset form to delete the Asset.
Step 2: Use the Add Asset form to recreate this asset.
