Streaming Video

General Information

Baylor Libraries provide access to thousands of online video titles.  Before you request a new online title, please check our existing collections here: Baylor Streaming Video Resources.

If you wish the libraries to acquire a new streamed online video, please submit your request using the link to the form below.

In order to be compliant with US Copyright Law, we will make every effort to acquire streaming video at a reasonable cost.  Once the libraries receive your request, staff will investigate streaming options.

The libraries will first try to purchase licensed streamed content.  Depending on the costs and terms associated with the license, the Libraries may or may not subscribe to this content.

If we are not able to acquire a license, under limited circumstances, the libraries will digitize content that Baylor University Libraries own in compliance with the Teach Act.  To be compliant with the Teach Act, if the libraries digitize the video, this version will only be available for a limited time and only for students in the specific course and cannot be downloaded.

Please allow at least 4 weeks for the libraries to provide these materials.
