Le Japon artistique

Le Japon artistique

Le Japon artistique was a monthly periodical founded by French art dealer and critic Siegfried Bing (1838-1905). Bing was influential in his promotion of Japanese art and Art Nouveau. Le Japon artistique was published simultaneously in English, French, and German between 1888–1891 as was a testament to the widespread interest in Japonisme.
