Le Japon artistique was a monthly periodical founded by French art dealer and critic Siegfried Bing (1838-1905). Bing was influential in his promotion of Japanese art and Art Nouveau. Le Japon artistique was published simultaneously in English, French, and German between 1888–1891 as was a testament to the widespread interest in Japonisme.

Due to the Allbritton Art Institute's removal of all library materials funded by the institute, Baylor University Libraries Special Collections no longer holds the six volumes of the French edition of Le Japon artistique.
