Setting up your account

Individual Database Pages 

  1. Database Overview

    • Short description of what it is and how it’s used in teaching/research.

    • Institutional access info (login steps, app download if applicable).

    • Suggested instructional use cases for faculty.

  2. Featured Training Videos

    • Embed or link directly to 3–6 curated videos from the vendor knowledge base.

    • Group them into “Getting Started”, “Advanced Features”, and “Teaching Tips” (even if vendor doesn’t label them this way).

    • Include video length so faculty can choose based on time.

  3. Quick Reference PDF / Handouts

    • Downloadable cheat sheets or tip lists (either vendor-provided or your own).

  4. Integration into Teaching

    • Ideas for embedding into LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, etc.).

    • Example assignments (e.g., “Students annotate a model in Complete Anatomy and submit screenshots”).

  5. Support / Help Links

    • Direct links to vendor knowledge base, library contact, IT support for access issues.

For a single-person assignment, upon creating the review, please go into "Settings, "Reviewer Settings" and change the number on the three rows from "2" to "1". It should look like the example below:
