
Put the finishing touch on the report by adding a Header and Footer. This can be done by using the Report Header and Report Footer Tools. The first step is to drag down the Report Header Tool and connect it to the last Report Text Tool. Click on the Report Header Tool to open the Configuration Pane.

Enter the report title in the appropriate box and deselect the report image option. Add a Browse Tool and click Run. Scroll over and the Header can be seen as part of the report.

Repeat the process for the Footer. Drag the Report Footer Tool onto the work space and connect it to the Report Header Tool. Click on the Report Footer Tool to open the Configuration Pane.
The Footer is where the appropriate copyright and information text can be entered. Enter the needed information, then add a Browse Tool and click Run. By scrolling over, the Footer will be seen next to the Header.
