Introduction

Welcome to your health, human performance, and recreation (HHPR) subject guide. This guide contains general information about library services and resources, recommendations for research resources in HHPR, STEM research services, and citation resources.

Research conducted by the faculty in Baylor's Department of Health, Human Performance, and Recreation covers a wide range of issues related to human health, fitness, sport and athletic performance, kinesiology, and wellness, as well as prevention. The projects undertaken, and the instructional opportunities they inspire ensure HHPR students at all levels are exposed to a wide variety of perspectives and gain a deep awareness of the human health sciences.
