Public Health

Welcome to your public health subject guide. This guide contains general information about library services and resources, recommendations for research resources in public health, STEM research services, and citation resources.

Research conducted by the faculty in Baylor's Department of Public Health spans the broad spectrum of the field including community health, human wellness and prevention education, epidemiological studies, and environmental factors impact on human health. The projects undertaken, and the instructional opportunities they inspire ensure HHPR students at all levels are exposed to a wide variety of perspectives and gain a deep awareness of the human public health sciences.

The purpose of this guide is to provide an overview of the library resources and services available to Baylor faculty, staff, and students interested in this subject area.

spotlightThis library guide is part of our “spotlight on the disciplines” literacy tier. In this tier you will be introduced to advanced academic research skills.
