Rankings include (1) Community Involvement: Violent Crime, Occupational Fatalities, Infectious Disease, and Children in Poverty; (2) Public Health Policies: Lack of Health Insurance, Per Capita Public Health Spending, and Immunization Coverage; and (3) Clinical Care: Adequacy of Prenatal Care.
