STAT!Ref is an online resource that provides access to textbooks, books, and evidence based resources aimed at healthcare professionals and students. There are many useful nursing resources available through STAT!Ref, such as care plans and nursing drug guides. While in STAT!Ref, students can click on unfamiliar medical terms and see the definition in a medical dictionary. For more information on what STAT!Ref is, check out this PDF.
You can create a MySTAT!Ref account to customize your experience. By creating a MySTAT!Ref account, you can look at the resources you have viewed most recently and easily go back to them. You can also save notes on resources. To set up a MySTAT!Ref account, use an email address, enter identification information and set a password.
There are a limited number of people who can be on STAT!Ref at one time. This means that during peak hours, you might have difficulty getting access to STAT!Ref. Do not wait until the last minute before a clinical to use STAT!Ref. Also always remember to log off so that others can use the service.
