Include the following information:

  • Your name and level in the e-mail subject line
  • Which class the request is for (i.e. Foundations, Research, a specific clinical, Scientific Inquiry, DNP Project 1, etc.)
  • Dates & times you are available to meet
  • Your topic

Please note: the librarian is generally available  between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, except for required LHSON monthly committee meetings on Tuesday mornings and Thursday afternoons.

To Submit a Nursing LRC Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Request

Send an e-mail to: nursinglrc@baylor.edu

Include the following information:

  • Your name and level in the e-mail subject line
  • Detailed citation information for requested item
  • Date needed by: It can take a long time to receive an article.  If article is for an assignment, include the due date of the assignment in the email.
  • Indicate whether you are willing to pay for the article if the article is not available for free.  If there is a charge, it is usually between $9 and $15.
