Below are several sections of a tutorial for various aspects of starting your research. You can start at the beginning and work your way through the whole thing or enter at certain chapters below. This gives a really good overview to a many important aspects of starting your research and using the libraries' resources.

Getting Started

Once you have a topic in mind, you'll want to start compiling relevant keywords related to your topic. Consulting encyclopedias dictionaries are a great place to start (see "dictionaries/encyclopedias" tab above). Another great way to explore keywords is to searching in the libraries' catalog, BearCat (see "books" tab above).
