Legacy RefWorks: RSS Feeds

Steps for Adding an RSS Feed to Your RefWorks Account

  1. Go to a site that offers RSS Feeds, the New York Times for example (http://www.nytimes.com)
  2. Right click on the orange XML or RSS button and copy the URL from the address bar
  3. Go to your RefWorks account; from the “Search” menu, select “RSS Feeds
  4. Paste the URL into the form and click on the “Add RSS Feed” button
  5. To see the most current search associated with that feed, click on the link
  6. A list of the most current resources will display which you can “Import” into a specified folder.

RSS Feeds can be edited or deleted by clicking on the appropriate link to the right of the feed name.
