Music - Research Method and Bibliography

A Guide for Music Graduate Students

Visit the Graduate Writing Center (GWC)

The Graduate Writing Center (GWC) is a resource for all Baylor graduate student writers (online and on-campus) who desire to improve their writing skills. Consultants help with writing projects at all stages of the composition process - generating ideas, organizing, and revising - whether students are working on academic papers, reports, personal statements and applications, papers intended for publication, theses and dissertations, or grant proposals.

The Graduate Writing Consultants work with each client to set up individualized appointment times that work with their schedules. They meet with students online, in the Graduate Research Center in the Poage Library, or at other convenient locations on campus. Visit their page for more information.

Work in the Graduate Research Center (GRC)

The Graduate Research Center provides Baylor graduate students and faculty with resources designed to support and inspire them in their academic endeavors. Located on the second floor of the W. R. Poage Library, the GRC may be accessed from the second-floor corridor between Moody Memorial and Jesse H. Jones libraries.

In addition to providing collaborative and individual spaces that foster inquiry and analysis, the GRC also provides a space for programming throughout the year that addresses specific graduate student interests and needs. These events are hosted by Baylor Libraries and on-campus partners, including the Graduate Writing Center and the Graduate Student Association.
