Digital Humanities Funding Opportunities

Opportunities from the Office of the Vice Provost for Research:

• University Research Committee Awards: Up to $5,000 for Standard Grants and $50,000 for Large Grants "to enhance outstanding faculty research endeavors to secure external funding."
• Dr. Benjamin F. Brown IV Fund for Interdisciplinary and Collaborative Scholarship: $25,000 "for curriculum development and research projects on issues of global significance."
• Undergraduate Research and Scholarly Achievement Small Award Program (URSA): $5,000 for "faculty who mentor undergraduate student research."

Opportunities from the Academy for Teaching and Learning:

• University Teaching Development Grant: "provides modest financial support for travel expenses and/or fees incurred by faculty to engage in activities that enhance their effectiveness as teachers."
• University Teaching Exploration Grant: "provides funding to faculty to engage in worthy research projects related to questions of teaching and learning in higher education."
